Jennie Gryczka

Founder & CEO
​

Jennie began her career in banking and financial services, including time as a CPA in audit and attestation at Ernst & Young. For the past 20 years she has dedicated her career to helping small businesses and non profit organizations improve their financial systems. 

 

Jennie offers executive level financial consulting, helping organizations navigate financial reporting, governance, and long-rage planning.  She is known for providing steady oversight of accounting functions, improving financial systems and processes, and supporting organizations with complex compliance, revenue, and funding structures.

 

Jennie seeks to make a positive contribution to her clients and community through her work.   She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

 

Outside of work, she enjoys seasonal outdoor activities, spending time with family and practicing pottery.

 

Liane Wiley

Accounting Manager

Liane Wiley brings a distinguished 40-year career in finance to her consulting work, with
deep experience spanning the banking, higher education, and small business sectors.
Liane spent two decades in the banking industry, rising from a teller and bookkeeper to
Associate Vice President in charge of accounting and conversions. She then dedicated 20
years to higher education, serving as the Director of Business Services at a state public
college.


In both banking and higher education, Liane developed an expert command of financial
processes, consistently ensuring efficient and sound operations. Liane is also an experienced
small retail business owner passionate about leveraging her extensive financial expertise to
support and strengthen small businesses and nonprofit organizations in her community.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking, gardening, camping and spending time with family and friends.

 

Kristen Hallowell

Accounting Supervisor

Kristen Hallowell is a versatile finance expert with a rich background across multiple sectors, including nonprofits, investment funds, and small businesses. Starting her finance career at 18 as a bookkeeper, Kristen has cultivated a comprehensive skillset essential for operational efficiency.

​

Her expertise spans full-cycle accounting, including AP/AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, budget management, inventory/COGS analysis, and audit coordination. Kristen is committed to helping small businesses and nonprofits achieve sound financial health, enabling them to make a positive contribution to their local community.

 

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, knitting, cooking and spending time with her husband and son.

 

Brooke Miller

Senior Accounting Associate

Brooke Miller is a results-oriented finance professional with expertise in institutional financial management and strategic budgeting. With experience at institutions including Keene State College and Ohio University, she specializes in translating financial data into strategic action.

 

Her core skills encompass the entire financial lifecycle, from posting accounting entries and creating financial statements to high-level budget forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic planning support. Brooke is also an expert in grant accounting and reporting for complex sponsored programs. She is committed to advancing the missions of non-profit organizations through thoughtful financial stewardship.

 

In her free time, she enjoys time with her family and dog, reading, pottery, and a variety of arts and crafts.

Emily LaPlume

Business Manager
 

Emily LaPlume supports marketing and firm operations, ensuring internal systems,
processes, and workflows run smoothly. She brings a detail-oriented, proactive approach to
administrative operations, client invoicing, technology management, and internal project
coordination.


In addition to her role at G&A, Emily is the founder and CEO of her own small business, giving her firsthand insight into the operational and financial challenges business owners face. This perspective allows her to support both the firm and its clients with efficiency, clarity, and a strong understanding of real-world business needs.

When she is not working, Emily loves to snowboard, travel, and go on adventures with her two rescue dogs and husband.
